Beeps every time I go in and out when Off

Go to General Settings > Entry Sensor Chime. Turn it off if you don't want it to chime.

The Door Chime setting makes it so that the Base Station will produce a chime sound whenever an Entry Sensor is opened. The setting affects all sensors, and can be found and enabled three ways:

On your Keypad:

1. Press Menu. Enter your Master PIN
2. Navigate to System Settings
3. Select Chime Volume
4. Set to the desired level; you can also set it to Off

On your online account:

1. Navigate to Menu > System
2. Hit Refresh + Edit
3. Under Additional Settings, set Entry Sensor Chime to your desired level
4. Don't forget to select Save Changes at the bottom!

On the SimpliSafe app:

1. Navigate to Menu > My System > General Settings
2. Under Entry Sensor Chime, set the desired level
3. Don't forget to hit Save on the top right!

Finally, as rrecupero mentions, if you have a Wireless Siren, that has its own setting! Here's how to find it:

• Online Account: Navigate to Menu > Devices.
• SimpliSafe app: Navigate to Menu > My System > Device Settings.
• On the Keypad: Navigate to Menu > Devices. 

Look for your Wireless Siren in the list of devices, and you'll find the setting there. On the app and online account, don't for get to Save! And of course, you'll want to apply settings for each Wireless Siren individually, if you have more than one.

Despite  having the Entry Sensor Chime set to Off, mine still chimes

Well if it is plugged in, then it will not wear out the batteries.  And besides, the batteries are rechargeable.

I'm dealing with this issue right now. It's only happening with my front door. Every time I open the door (and the system is OFF), a super high-pitched noise is released, and it's horrifying. I have the same configuration on my back door, and this does not happen (except for the little 2-note sound, which is fine).

Be sure you are trying to shut off the right sensor.
and/or
For no valid reason, but it has worked at times --- turn that sensor back on and make it function once. Then turn it off and see if you got the result you wanted.  (Don't laugh at this. I've had occasions where this is what fixed the problem. Sort of like re-initializing that part of the program.)

Login to your account, click on the menu (burger top left), click System and you will see Advance settings on the right with a toggle for Chime
