Camera connects to WiFi but when I bring up the app it says no cameras associated with account
I can connect the camera to my WiFi. That has never been an issue. When I bring up the SS app it says no cameras are associated with this account. I've tried several thing and it's the same thing every time. I'm not about to wait on hold for 45+ minutes again with customer service (which is a whole other issue). I'm not sure what to do.
