Can't activate base already active error

Can't activate my new setup due to "base station is already active" error..

@ bmurphym, sounds like a serial number to account owner issue.  Suggest you call SS support immediately to sort out.

@cyberghost232, this was reported before and was caused by an entry issue on SS's side with the serial number. Easy fix; call support and confirm what is in the system.  And have a happy, safe New Year.

Might want to check the base unit box to verify you have the correct serial number.  When I got mine, I misread either a B for an 8 or vice versa on the base unit.  It was MUCH clearer on the box than the base station.
