Cellular Module...Need to Upgrade ASAP

Spoke w/ "Josh" Friday night after the "No link to dispatcher" and after some testing,
he said I need to upgrade the cellular module. He set it up and assured me a new module
was going to be sent and that I should receive it by Mon. 5th, 2021.
Logged into my acct. tonight and saw... the order [WP18504784] was cancelled!
We have no system w/out it - - please re-send!
This is an old system, purchased 11 years ago & maybe the base stn. was upgraded only once
during all that time...but most importantly - - why would the cust. serv. rep. do that??

I don't know why, but your 1st course of action in this case is to call in.

Even if SS support replies to this thread most likely they are going to advise calling in. So, cut to the chase and call in right away.

Thanks, the specialist seems to have this in hand, appreciated being
able to communicate via e-mail, too.
It's one of the v1 systems [gasp!] still in use, works great - - but need
to update equip. to accom. the cell module.
