Customer support made it worse!!

Take my advice, if you can't figure it out yourself, just throw the whole bunch of crap back in the box and ship it back to S.S.!
After 2 + hours of waiting on hold, the "customer service" rep. took a minor issue and turned it into a system - paralyzing disaster and now my alarm does not work at all!!
