I needed help going from a old system to a new one. Called the toll free number and woke up Ruben, after giving him my name and safe word he hung up on me and probable went back to sleep. I called back and talked to Clay, he was very professional and patient. Please give Clay a big raise.

Most likely simplisafe will not see this as they dont get on the forums that much so i would call and speak with a supervisor or message them through messenger and let them know as that is unacceptably and good job to clay.
