Also, a while back I posted how well my garage door sensor was working (entry sensor mounted on a hnge and the garage door). Worked like a champ, that is, until today when the magent on the hinge was stuck on the surface of my steel garage door and wouldn't close.  Trying a piece of rubber matting to see if that will prevent it from attaching to the door in the future.
