I have 3 cameras - one only displays black/white

All three have the same settings.

Two of them show display on computer and mobile in color, the third is black and white all the time.  It is a bright room.  What determines the color or b/w display?   I know, first world problem, but it's kind of frustrating.

@decli, make sure your night vision setting is auto. If that's not it, call SS to troubleshoot and, if all else fails, have it replaced under warranty at nc.

Go to camera settings and select that particular camera. Then select "auto' for day/night mode.

@jwadamsdo​ how do you get to "camera settings" ?

 having same issue -- dont see any configurable settings
