Issues reaching customer service

I recently purchased a simplisafe system and already paid for installation. When I go to schedule my installation appointment, there doesn't seem to be a way to bypass the payment screen. I have tried to call customer service multiple times and have sent two emails but have yet to hear from them. Does anyone have any advice on setting up an installation appointment when I have already paid for it?

I was not aware that SS offers "installation"; they are a "local" company and any installation outside of their immediate area must be contracted through another company.  

What, as far as I know, SS offers, and charges for, is hardware and monitoring.  Installation is designed to be by the user, and any "installation" would be a separate transaction with another company.

According to their masked SS spokesperson on their TV ads, they do offer installation.....

I have not see that ad, but going through their web site, I don't see that option anywhere, including in the checkout process.

I've seen it several times, but can't remember which page on their site.
It should also be mentioned....
