Need a call back asap

Major issue with the system. Every damn night, arm it home mode and in the middle of the night the keypad starts beeping and counting down like a trigger was sensored and the alarm is going to go off. But no text about any sensor being triggered. Restarted the base, pulled the battery out of the base. Everything is good as far as the sensors in the web page.
