New batteries installed in number pad. System wants new install now. System one year old.

We had a power failure for approx 20 hours.
The number pad could not connect to the base station so
I replaced the batteries in the number pad.
Now the system wants me to start all over with a new install.
Need to know if simplisafe HQ can down load the system setup so I do not
have to reinstall all the sensors.
