New key chain arrived with dead battery

I recently placed an order 12/12/20     17174779
The key chain remote had a dead battery upon arrival and was nonfunctional. Fortunately I had just locally purchased replacement batteries for my other Key chain remotes and had a spare available which solved the problem. But it was disappointing that a new product arrived with a dead battery.
I have been a SimpliSafe customer for several years.

I am a licensed security professional with over 20 years in the fire and security market with one of the largest fire and security companies in the world. It often surprises my friends when I recommend your system for their residential needs.

I would like to order another key chain remote and I was wondering what sort of credit you might issue for the problem with the last one.
