No Protection, No Customer Support, But Still Being Billed!

My SimpliSafe login shows that I suddenly have NO protected addresses, NO camera, and NO devices.  The "Customer Care Center" is closed, and the contact number states that "There's nothing we can do".  What exactly did I pay for?  Why am I being billed for non-existent monitoring?

@jhausman I believe the number you called and got the "nothing we can do" response was COPS, the monitoring company.  SS support is open 8am to midnight eastern, so they are open right now, or about 6 1/2  hours later than your post. Suggest you pick up the phone instead of waiting for a reply and ask a live agent. Please post your outcome here if you get a chance.
