No tracking number for order

This is for upgrading the system to new version. Order was placed on 1/23 and it shows completed. There is no tracking number, order was never shipped or received. Called CSR yesterday and he told to wait. Anyone else having such an issue?

So sorry about the delay. I looked into your account and discovered a clerical error that I've since corrected. I also took the liberty of upgrading the order to expedited shipping. keep an eye out for a shipping notice (for real this time!) in your email soon.
