Plan change without my consent

I recently had to change my base unit because Simply Safe no longer supported the SIM card that was from TMobile.  They sent me a replacement base unit with a Verizon SIM card that is working fine.  However, in the process of installing the new device, the plan I signed up for was cancelled because it is no longer offered.  I believe my plan should have been grandfathered in.  Has anyone else had this experience and how was it managed?

I sent SS an email 5 days ago and have not had any response from them!!!!

Call and ask for a supervisor.  SS is usually pretty reasonable and it was likely an automated system that made the change.
