Push alerts for two users possible?

Has anyone been able to have two phones logged in at the same time so both can get push alerts via the app? Or is this not possible until Simplisafe allows multiple users in a household system access?

New to Simplisafe and liking it but this "feature" seems poorly designed for families. Would be safer if both myself and my wife could get the same access level and not share one account?

I asked the same question. The option is to have the 2nd phone log into the same account using same UN and PW. it seems to work for us.

Hi folks,

Push Notifications are a per-device setting. So yes, you'll want to have the app installed on both devices, and enable Push Notifications for each independently (in the Alerts & Notifications section of the Menu).

Alternately, if you have Monitoring Service that includes it, you can also enable SMS text alerts. You can set those up from any device, under the same section.
