Recalibrate Smart Lock
Hello, My smart lock needs to be recalibrated. I have changed the batteries and opened the menu on my keypad>Devices>Scrolled to Smart Lock>Selected the correct one>Scrolled to Recalibrate>Closed door and manually locked it>pressed done. It goes around in a circle, then gives me the message that they are having trouble calibrating. Please retry or call to troubleshoot. When I call, no matter what I choose no one will answer. Can anyone help me please?
