SimpliSafe Lock
I installed the lock a week ago and it worked fine until yesterday.
Now I have to really use force to turn the thumbturn from the inside because of internal resistance. It wasn't doing this earlier. What do I do?

Sorry for the delay in response. If you're still having this issue, it sounds like your Smart Lock needs to be recalibrated. You can access that option through your Keypad Menu by navigating through Menu > Devices > [your Smart Lock].
