SimpliSafe Notifications - not showing in iPhone Settings, can't turn on Notifications

Hello -
I was on the phone w SimpliSafe CS three times yesterday collectively for about two hours. Hoping I can have some luck here.

I installed a new doorbell and want to receive notifications anytime it detects activity. I have the Notifications turned on in the SimpliSafe App. However, when I go to Settings -> Notifications on my iPhone 11 Pro, SimpliSafe is not listed. Same thing on my wife's iPhone 8. We've deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times with no success.

Anyone else have ideas?

The exact same thing is happening to me. I recently bought a new iPhone SE, and no longer receive any notifications (otherwise the app seems to be working fine). Would love to learn of any fix!

Same exact problem here. I was receiving notifications with no problem, but deleted and reinstalled the SS app at tech support's recommends to fix a faulty doorbell camera (it didn't work but that's another story)! I have spent over an hour on the phone with SS, another hour with apple support, and ended up resetting my phone and still no luck. My wife is still receiving updates on her phone so clearly something is going on with my phone specifically and the app. I've deleted and reinstalled the app many times but no luck. This issue, plus the doorbell issue (two-way audio and recording both not working) is making me question my investment in the SS doorbell. SS customer service has been less than helpful and their recommendations have just made my situation worse.
