SimpliSafe System wipes all connected deviced - TWICE
Anything have been having issues with their Simplisafe system wiping their entire devices database forcing you to have to reconnect everything? Mine happened twice, the first time I contacted customer service and the reaction was simply, try reconnecting it. What if I was away from my home for a few days? Second time I've called in to customer service and the same redundant possible solution is to power cycle my base station. I need a permanent solution and it seems Simplisafe customer service doesn't have one. I'm looking for other responses here before I cancel and go back to Smith Thompson and share my personal experiences with both the technical support and customer support I've had with SimpliSafe.
