Simplisage 5 g supported???

Just upgraded our internet to Comcast vs Frontier, and when I tried to login and view my camera's, I got a message that said only 2.4 network is supported.  How do I resolve this problem??

@pingiii contact Comcast. I contacted two of my friends and a family member that have Comcast XFinity and their cameras work fine. Multiple bands are supported. Admittedly, I did not ask how and for full disclosure, I put Comcast in the same category as ADT (Which is not a favorable one for sure).

Cameras only work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi..

I'd expect new internet equipment is dual band so you have to be sure the 2.4GHz band is enabled in the router and attempt to connect to the SSID for the 2.4Ghz band.

If your SSIDs and WiFi passwords have changed with the new setup, I believe you'll have to do a reset and fresh setup of the cameras using the new info. That's in addition to being sure the 2.4Ghz band is enabled in the router and that you know the proper credentials to access it.
