SS's system is having problems
After having problems accessing settings on all of my devices, PC, iOS, and Android, I called SS. I was advised that SS has been having system issues for about the past week. The rep said that it could be a week or so until the issues are resolved. So, it is likely that, for example, you will not receive notifications of problems or an alarm on your devices, I suggest calling and demanding free monitoring until the issues are resolved. After all, you're not getting what you're paying for.
