Status of Simplisafe back office systems? 4:15 PM central 03/21/22

@SS, I have two friends that are reporting outages with their front doorbell cameras and/or Simplicams.  I am also getting "we experienced an error" message and then on 2nd or 3rd try cameras connect. My and one other customer have no issues with the outdoor cameras. In another thread,  at least two customers are reporting their systems are arming themselves. Care to give us a response on what is going on? Anything? Nothing?

Hi Captain,

No, we have no reports of any server issues. We would want to troubleshoot those cams separately for connectivity issues.

Speaking of separate troubleshooting, our Specialist team reached out to the users in that other thread that you refer too. We're still gathering info but we're getting close to an answer soon.
