The screw driver that is used for the Video Doorbell Pro is a T5 Torx screwdriver. If you'd like, you can give us a call and one of our Customer Service representatives should be able to get that replaced for you.

Despite numerous requests for a replacement screwdriver, as well as numerous assurances that one was being sent to me, I still have not received it.

i called SS... after about 5 minutes of hold time the contact told me they would send a t5 tool for $2.95 shipping.... i can buy one at lowes or Home Depot today for about the same price, so off i go!
