What Does It Take to Get a Response???

I have been contacting them for TWO WEEKS now about a sensor problem through the contact form, both on the site and the app.  I have had absolutely NO response.  Does anyone know what it takes to get a response??  PLEASE!!  southcoastCR@yahoo.com
