What is the problem

Is this company to dang cheap to hire enough customer service people to answer the dang phone in a timely manner?  I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now and after 20 minutes I hang up because I have better things to do than wait on the phone for someone that is going to have me do the same dang thing over and over and 2 days later I get the same malfunction.

Well, you can always ask the forum for help with your issue.  We might be able to provide some assistance depending on what it is.
There might be another person here that has had the same/similar issue.  
But yes, I think we all agree that they need to do something about the wait times.
