Why no 1080 Resolution Option?

1080 resolution setting options on my 2nd  SimpliCam seems to have disappeared since after I first installed it.  - What the heck?  It was available when I 1st set it up!  Doorbell cam still allows/shows 1080 options, but the simplicams all of a sudden on their settings dashboard only even show options for only either 480, or 720!!  - HUH??   What is going on here??
