Verify your information

I just wanted to put this out there for safety reasons.

I called Customer service today to make additions to my Secondary Contacts and the Rep was nice and I spelled each name for her.

I logged in to my account and the names were terribly misspelled, but thankfully the phone numbers were correct.

I don't know if when they call they have to verify they have the correct person by that person spelling their name, but It sent chills up my spine when I saw how terribly wrong the names were.  

I made the necessary changes, but just check behind everyone because this is not the place to make mistakes because reps are working from home.
