Thanks for the feedback. Are you getting those emails on the address you have for this account?

There's a couple of ways we get customers' email addresses. The first is during shopping on our website, where we ask for your email to either send offers, or a quote. The other is that we also work with third parties to help us with promotions to certain demographics. If I know your email, I can request that you be removed from either list.
