buying a camera

I ordered a Camera on 6/04/2020 and paid $20.00 for 2 Day delivery
as of 6/15/2020 I still do not have the /camera. on Friday 6/12/2020 I received an Email proudly stating the Order i placed on 6/11/2020 (A Lie) I ordered this on the 4th. this Email came 6/12/2020(Your order has shipped!
received June 11, 2020 will arrive in the next 2 business days.)
Email today from FedEx Scheduled delivery: Tuesday 6/16/2020 by 8:00 pm
How is your math I count 12 DAYS not 2 promised I would like my $20.00 back clearly I paid for 2 day service and it was not provided

@jcj1982 besides FedEx having almost the worst service on the planet, Simplisafe it also sometimes inept at their shipping performance internally. Together, SS and FedEx act sometimes like the pony express.

Simple solution: calmly call SS support, provide the above information and ask firmly for what you think is adequate for your troubles. Refund of the $20 charge for expedited shipping you didn't get and x months of nc monitoring is not unreasonable. Get a "no" response and ask for a supervisor. It is my 8+ year experience SS will do the right thing. BTW, the "lie" is more like incompetence but the result is the same.

Customer service has contacted me and explained there situation and made me another satisfied customer as I was before.
I am very happy with the system and the service
I would recommend this system to anyone.
