Calling any tel number listed one hour 10 minute wait time?

Getting a person on any tel number listed on web site is completely the worse customer service response.
I tried 6 times over 3 days, One hold was stated  hour and 10 minute wait. One was 45 minutes One was 10 minutes wait time and I waited for 20 minute and still on hold. I also lft feedback on line for customer service to call me back. No calls now for 2 days.
Nice system but useless if you cannot get security protection monitoring. CS is very, very bad.

Waited to get support for 1 hr and 20 minutes, then it disconnected.   Next call said wait time is 2 hrs.
Advise people to go elsewhere for their alarm service.

Customer service sucks!  Product is very good, customer service WAS good, but telephone wait time has become excessive, so I tried to reach customer service via the website (twice), and tried a 3rd time via email.  Not only haven't I received a valid response, but haven't even received an acknowledgement of my query (and initial query is more than a week old, most recent 3 days).  Need I cancel the monitoring to get a response?

I agree, hold times are unacceptable.....can't pause service without phoning CS....

does anyone at SS even read this or are we just wasting MORE of our time via this forum ?  What kind of company has such disgraceful customer service?  Obviously one who doesn't give a crap about their customers.

attempting to pause service......on hold for 24 minutes , then disconnected......
