Can a customer get a full or partial refund?
I installed a lot of Simplisafe equipment last year in my somewhat large home. The system has given me nothing but trouble ever since. I spent hundreds of dollars for equipment that won't work, sometimes works, works poorly, and sometimes deletes programming. I'm on my 2nd base, my 2nd keypad, and I've replaced multiple faulty sensors. An hour or so ago, for reasons I can't begin to understand, the system stopped communicating. This, after yet again deleting the programming I've not spent more than 4 hours as I've been forced to set up the system 3 times already. Now I'm faced with a 4th install. In the past few months, I'm called Simplisafe so many times, I almost know the number by heart. How does a customer get a refund?
