Cannot Log Into My Account Using The WebApp

I cannot log into my account using the web app, either on the computer (I've tried Chrome AND Edge),  or on my cell phone.  The mobile app will let me arm and disarm the system, but I want to log in on my computer to make changes to my system settings.

Once I enter my email address and password, the system returns an error: "Unexpected Error / An error occurred."

I've called tech support several times since March 4 and I've been told that they know it's a problem but they don't know how long it will be before it's fixed.

Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, has it been resolved?  How did you resolve it?
