Customer Service A+

The screen went out on my keypad. I had my system 60-90 days. Via the website, I asked Customer Service if I could get the keypad replaced under warranty -- because we all know tech things happen. I was not expecting a happy response.
Five minutes later -- FIVE minutes! -- there was a response from Customer Service telling me I was getting a new keypad overnight.
That happened! Me and my spouse, we are surprised in the best way possible.

Three year warranty on all components.

My neighbors base station SS I  went out after 7 years.  He called and they tried to get it working.  
They sent him a new base station no charge !!!!

That is service above and beyond!!
