Customer Service Sucks!!! Super long hold times and rep pretends he can't here me

I've had to call in 5 times and EVERY TIME I'm on hold at least 15 minutes! What's wrong with you people!?! Gotten too big and fat and now you're slow. I will be telling everyone I know to go with your competition. Might cost more but cheap isn't always better...obviously. And I'll share this in google, FB, insta and Snap!
