Customer Service

I am disappointed!  I returned equipment two weeks ago, have not received credit and can't get Customer Service to respond to emails or answer the phone.  BEWARE!

Call early in the mornings (9 am ET), press #1 for sales, someone should answer sooner.

Do not end the call until you've requested and spoken to a senior supervisor with confirmation they will credit your credit card - if they don't do it within 5 more business days, dispute the charges with your credit card issuer.
