Customer service

I'm am writing to complain about the extremely horrible customer service I received from Christy Cline Daniel. She was very rude, did not listen, and kept me on hold unnecessarily. I had to call customer service back on another phone line. The rep that helped me, Tiffany, answered my questions, handled my concern and even wrote and sent me a email confirmation before Christy even came back to the phone. People like Christy are why we chose to cancel our monthly paid service. You need more Tiffany's instead.
