Customer support sucks
This really pains me to say this but I think SimpleSafe has gotten too big to care about their customers. I emailed customer service a never got a reply. I've called customer service four (4) times and have been placed on hold by the automated system for over 50 minutes each time and I gave up. I've started checking around for other service options. DO not suggest ADT!

monitoring service seems good , i had one alarm Triger so far and they called me in like 10 seconds but this customer service is ridiculously bad

If you're not able to use the app to control your system, and our Support agents aren't able to either, then it's very likely that your Base Station at the location is experiencing some connectivity issues.
Just to clarify, our agents aren't able to 'reset' your system, i.e. force it to reboot. Since usually the only thing that would require that would be connectivity issues - so we wouldn't be able to reach your system in the first place.
With your permission, however, Support can change your settings, or arm and disarm the alarm.
You also mention that you might be getting a notification for a recent alarm on your app? That only indicates that there's been an alarm event at some point, not that there's currently one happening. You can just dismiss it.
