General settings in app

In the Simplisafe app, the general settings is locked:

When I hit settings then scroll down and hit general settings, it then says in a window:
"There was an unexpected error with your system.  Contact Customer Service".

I have contacted customer service twice and both technical agents did not know the answer.  They suggest putting in on this customer support  forum.

@stephenwarrick88 I am guessing you talked with SS outsourced 3rd party agents. They are nice and good for 1st level support, but the answer you got is "simpli" not acceptable. I suggest you call back and ask to be connected to Simplisafe support in Boston. I myself consider them "2nd tier support" and know their stuff.
