Good Customer Support

I really wanted to like the SimpliSafe system but it didn't meet my needs.

I called the Customer Service number (1-800-548-9508) at 3pm EST and was immediately connected to Noodie (sorry if spelling is incorrect).
She was extremely pleasant and processed my return quickly and professionally.
I received the promised email with my return label within 10 minutes.
She also gave me her extension in case I had any problems or questions regarding my return.

There are a lot of complaints on the forum about Customer Service.
My experience was among the best - right up there with Amazon and Apple.
Thank you SimpliSafe and Noodi.

If my security system needs change, I will return to SimpliSafe.

The people there are good and they do there job its just ss is not stepping up there game and providing the customer service reps the tools they need to get the job going smoothly and fast. But its awesome to see a good post like this, and good luck to ya.

Imagine if this company stepped up their game and made customer support fast, effective, and efficient.  Simplisafe would be unstoppable and would dominate the market in no time.  Perhaps if they took some of their advertising budget and applied it to support, they could turn that corner.  If I had a dollar for every Simplisafe commercial I've seen in the last few months...
