Haven't received my order-No product to review

Receiving my order has been a roller coaster ride. I placed the order on August 22nd and here it is September 7th and I still haven't received it. I understand that shipping delays happen so I was expecting a little over a week but geez. I had someone scheduled to do the install based on the first date that was given to me. As of now, the package is still in transit and saying it can be another 3-5 days. This is making me feel like this isn't the security system that I need.

Is the tracking saying it's actually in transit, or is it saying it's still sitting at simplisafe in Boston?  If the latter, call SS and ask them to get it shipped out asap.
