Issues with App

I have had Simplisafe system for close to a year. A month ago I noticed an issue with signing 8 to the app. I am unable to log in and access my ahem through the app. Made over 10 calls to support and no one can figure out what is wrong. Upon log in app just freezes the  error message that I am not connected to the internet.crazy part is when the motion detection or door bell goes off I still get the alerts on my phone but I cannot open the app. So far we have reloaded the app, sent new SIM card and changed to no  yahoo email still to luck. Now I have no idea where to go trying to find email to CEO  it that is no where to be found Phone agents not trained to help Been told recent updated to app have caused known glitch but no solution soon Others have no clue of any updates. Last agent down graded my monthly service plan  since app not working. Truly frustrating and waste of my time. I guess they don't care since they already got me by buying all the equipment.
