Over an hour of wait time in the evening with no answer to cancel the account for a system I no longer have. I tried early the next day and was able to get through.

Apologies for the wait, but I'm glad we got you taken care of. Yes, we've been working on getting these hold times down, and our lower-traffic times like early mornings are already seeing improvements.
