Loud Talking, Dropped Calls when put on hold

I find it very frustrating to talk to the tech reps at customer service.  Some of them do not speak plainly, there is a lot of LOUD talking in the background, and my calls are dropped every time I am put on hold.  Please improve these items!!

I experienced the talking as well. I could CLEARLY hear other techs asking other customers for their safe word, etc.... I think they use their speakerphones, so you can hear everything else in the background. Very frustrating....
