Month long issue with no access on App

I have not been able to access my system on my app for close to 2 months. Over 10 calls to customer service and no solution! Full acess on the website but error message when I log in on the app noting internet connection issues Changed my service plan since I cannot see me camera anyway. When someone rings my simplisafe door bell I get the alert on my iphone but I cannot see the camera
