I feel the latest firmware or update corrupted my indoor camera. A few months ago I moved my indoor camera along w/outdoor kit underneath my porch. The camera was working fine until a few weeks ago the cameras went down on Simplisafes end, shortly after an update followed. I made all the recommendations by simplisafe moving my router getting an wifi extender And nothing, the camera or the update has made my system lose its mojo. Before it picked up every-time now I'm nearly under it and it doesn't go off (alert). I order a wired camera system I hope simplisafe can give me my money back on their motionless camera.
