No response to emails

I was overcharged when first billed (discount code wasn't applied).  I emailed customer service and was promised a refund (April 1).  Also one of the sensors did not work. Emailed back on April 16th that I still hadn't received the refund.  Still no reply or refund.  Others in the forum state long wait times on phone or getting cut off after being on hold for hours.  

I also bought two door locks that I do not like and would like to return.  If not resolved by next week I'll return the entire system and try someone that hopefully has better customer service.

@rick80, did you call SS? If not, highly recommend it. They are very honest but sometimes not the most organized.  If you call, please post your outcome here.  

Please note call times as of late have been excellent.
