Option for Chime notifications on certain devices

Hello,
Does anyone know if this is an option ?
Because if not I believe Simplisafe should definitely get on this with a future update because it shouldn't be very hard to do.
There should be a function that allows you to turn off or silent the chime feature when a device is triggered on "certain' devices.
For example, if one of our bedroom doors are always opening all the time in the house we don't want to be getting used to that notification since it could be the front door or back door opening but we just assume it's always the bedroom door. Or in another case like if someone is sleeping or watching a movie downstairs and people upstairs keep opening and closing the door then the chime keeps going off and it could be disruptive .

The chime feature should be used to notify me when a device is triggered when I'm home and I should take mental note of it . But now I'm just so used to the chime that I don't realize it could possibly be the front or back door opening and my dog could walk out and I won't notice.

If there is anyone out there that can shine light on this that would be great.
Again I know you can turn the whole thing off. But I want only the bedroom door and office to not chime.

There is no way to currently do this.  I don't think most people are securing interior doors.  A properly setup system with entry sensors, glass breaks, and motions should catch someone long before they reach an interior door.  I can see why you would want it tho, it's another layer of extra security, but since you are likely the minority I really doubt SS will implement something like that.

I secure interior doors; it's another layer of detection, given that motion detectors are more difficult to locate reliably with roaming heat sources in the house.  Plus there are some rooms which should not be accessed by just anyone.

My imagination is running wild wondering what you got in there!  hehe :)

Honestly, it's not a sex dungeon.  Really, I would not lie about that.  You can trust me on that.  No sex dungeon in my house, truly.

I agree that this would be a good feature.  There are other applications for this other than interior doors.  My wife works many 24 hour shifts on weekends so when she comes home after a shift she goes to bed for a few hours.  My kids are playing outside and going in and out of the house.  I wish there was a way to turn off the chimes so she can sleep.
