Outstanding Customer Service Reps

I would like to say "thank you" to the CSR's at Simplisafe!

I've had my SS for just about 1 year now and I'm extremely satisfied with the system and the monitoring service. Last week I was having trouble with my camera connecting to wi-fi. I placed a call to the service center and I had a rep on the line in less than a minute.Walked me through some fixes but to no avail. Could not get the camera to connect to wi-fi. SS advised me that they would send me a new camera. New camera arrived in about 3 days along with a return authorization label. Camera installed ....old camera shipped back....all is well.There were no shipping charges involved. SS replaced the camera without any hassle what-so-ever. So thank you Savanna, Paulie and Kaliel for all your effort and help in solving the camera problem!

On another note I would like to say that the COPS monitoring service is outstanding! I've had a couple of occasions where they needed to call me because of sensors tripping and their response time was absolutely amazing.

We just ordered our SS system. Though we did our own research we decided to contact customer service for help. We could not be more than pleased with the assistance we received from William H. (#10352) He was absolutely amazing with his knowledge of the system, more than patient with us, and did not try to oversell anything. He truly took the time visualize the layout of our home and further guide us on the perfect package for our home without going overboard. If your looking for a SS system and need guidance I HIGHLY recommend speaking with William.
