I have been a SimpliSafe customer for 6 years and have systems at two locations.  Today at one location I had a faulty sensor, and the customer service representative, Mary, was absolutely awesome - she was able to pinpoint the issue through a series of well-explained steps she asked me to follow.  I was super impressed with your capability, attitude, and dedication to me, the customer.  Please pass this on to her.

I too had to recently call support and made a point to email SS to praise the agent's efforts.  My hats off to the SS support team, as they have really made marked improvements over the past 6 months. After waiting years (going on 10) its nice to be able to recommend SS and not have to warn of periods of the support teams being overwhelmed. Can't wait to see SS support reach the next level and start webinars and introduce online tools here in the community! Truly the beginnings of a Customer Resource Center!
